Analysis on Ecological Perception in Islam Islamic view of environmental protection is in conformity with the sustainable development view that we are proposing today. Islam believes that human beings and all natural things are equal creations of Allah, humanity is merely “acting controller” of Allah. Islam stands for grasping the essence and the law of nature and making rational use of natural resources on the basis of protecting nature and maintaining the harmonious relationship with it. Meanwhile, it firmly opposes ultra- utilitarianism and opposes to consider only immediate interests while ignoring long-term interests of mankind. It’s no doubt that these ideas have directive significance for strengthening the awareness of environmental protection.

世界三大宗教之一的伊斯兰教的生态观

保护生态环境、促进人与自然的和谐共处、走可持续发展道路，是当前世界各国、各民族在谋求发展过程中形成的广泛共识。为增强人们的生态意识和环保观念，挖掘、弘扬已有文化资源中的环保理念是十分重要的。伊斯兰教在强调爱护自然、保持与自然界和谐关系的前提下，主张把握自然的本质和规律，通过对自然界进行合理的开发利用，为人类造福。同时，它也坚决反对狭隘的功利主义、只顾眼前利益而忽视长远利益的行为。这些主张对增强环保意识、促进人类与自然的和谐发展、维护正常的生态环境均具有重要的指导意义。
